Fight Back Without a Lawyer

Lex de Facto™ empowers self-represented individuals to pursue justice in civil rights cases, wrongful arrests, defamation, tenant disputes, and more—including civil litigation, personal injury, family law, and select criminal matters.

Our Philosophy

Lex de Facto™ believes that exercising your right to pursue justice is not only important — it's necessary. Whether you've been wronged, falsely accused, or silenced, taking legal action is a step toward restoration and balance. We empower individuals to stand firm in truth, armed with knowledge, strategy, and conviction.

We do this with reverence for righteousness, not revenge — because we believe justice is sacred, and access to it should not be reserved for the wealthy or well-connected.

Lex de Facto™ stands on the principle that empires built on exploitation are destined to fall — but justice builds foundations that last.

“Better a little with righteousness than much gain with injustice.”
— Proverbs 16:8

“Woe to him who builds his house by unjust gain, setting his nest on high... You have plotted the ruin of many peoples... The stones of the wall will cry out, and the beams of the woodwork will echo it.”
— Habakkuk 2:9–12
